Lionsgate and producer Paul Brooks team up on worldwide rights to the tale of an imminent infestation of killer rodents in New York. Todd Strauss-Schulson will direct.

Ruin
Gal Gadot and Matthias Schoenaerts play a prison camp survivor and German soldier who form an unlikely alliance in the Second World War thriller for Niki Caro, based on The Black List Screenplay by Kaz Firpo and Ryan Firpo.

The Souffleur
Willem Dafoe plays a hotelier at Vienna’s InterContinental Hotel who descends into paranoia when he learns the place is to be sold to an Argentine developer. Gastón Solnicki directed the English-language dark comedy and Austrian production from Vienna-based Little Magnet Films, KGP Filmproduktion, Primo, and Filmy Wiktora. Magnify holds worldwide rights excluding Austria and will distribute in the US.

Bunker
Penélope Cruz and Javier Bardem will play a married couple in this psychological thriller directed by Florian Zeller. CAA Media Finance and WME Independent handle domestic rights.

Good Boy
Shudder has acquired North America, UK & Ireland, and Australia and New Zealand rights to Ben Leonberg’s feature directorial debut and SXSW hit about a haunted house told from the perspective of a dog.

The Return of Stanley Atwell
Thriller starring Nicholas Galitzine and Marisa Abela. Written and directed by Brian Welsh (Beats, Black Mirror), it is based on a story Steven Soderbergh, who also executive produces. Produced by Liza Marshall for Hera Pictures.

Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo
Takashi Miike directs the US-Japan co-production about a corrupt Japanese cop, an FBI agent investigating a politician’s missing daughter, and a killer. Shun Oguri, Lily James, and WWE’s Liv Morgan star. Jeremy Thomas for Recorded Picture Company, Sam Pressman for Pressman Film, Naoaki Kitajima for Nippon TV, and Misako Saka for OLM produce. Neon will release in the US and production begins in May.

Hunger Games: Sunrise On The Reaping
Jesse Plemons is among the cast and Frances Lawrence is gearing up for a July production start. Billy Ray adapted the novel by Suzanne Collins and Lionsgate has scheduled a November 20 2026 worldwide release.

Pretend I’m Not Here
Director Simon Bird’s next feature is a Second World War-set comedy drama about an ordinary couple offer refuge to a Jewish perfume salesman during the Nazi occupation of the Netherlands. Matthew Broderick, Sally Hawkins and Martin Freeman will star. The UK’s Parkville Picture co-produces with Dutch outfit Lemming Film. Cornerstone co-represents US rights with CAA Media Finance.

The Rule Of Three
Thomasin McKenzie and Katie Douglas to star in this horror from Smile producer Temple Hill Entertainment. James Roday Rodriguez directs and wrote the screenplay alongside Todd Harthan, which is based on Sam Ripley’s novel.

Alma
Pamela Anderson, Dakota Fanning, and Lindsay Duncan will star in Sally Potter’s latest feature about a family gathered to scatter the ashes of their mother whose presence haunts them and threatens to unravel buried secrets. Produced by Christopher Sheppard of Adventure Pictures, Rebecca O’Brien of Sixteen Films, and co-produced by Films d’Antoine in France and Komplizen in Germany.
International sales: Bankside Films 

Bucking Fastard
Werner Herzog returns with the true story of inseparable twin sisters Joan and Jean Holbrooke who become obsessed with their next-door neighbour. Stars real life sisters Kate and Rooney Mara, alongside Orlando Bloom and Domhnall Gleeson. Produced by Ariel Leon Isacovitch, Agnes Chu, Andrea Bucko, Emanuele Moretti of Cobalt Sky Motion Picture Group, and Clara Wu Tsai.

I Am A Monster 
Saltburn star Sadie Soverall and Bottoms actress Havana Rose Liu star in action fantasy project I Am A Monster, from French director Léo Berne. Producers are Iconoclast’s Robert Walak and Jacob Perlin with Madants and Mid March Media. Film 4 co-finance. A grief-stricken teenager discovers the supernatural ability to see a parasitic entity that is invisible to humans and leeches off their sorrow.

Queen Of The Ring
Biopic of pioneering female pro wrestler Mildred Burke starring Emily Bett Rickards, Josh Lucas, Walton Goggins, and Tyler Posey. Ash Avildsen directs from a screenplay by Avildsen and Alston Ramsay, with Intrinsic Value Films producing.
International sales: Myriad Pictures

The Third Parent
Rob Lowe and Alice Braga will star as suburban parents whose ideal life unravels when a mysterious figure (Danny Glover) forces them into a nightmarish series of life lessons. Written and directed by David Michaels in his feature debut, the film is produced by Walters Media Group and Bleecker Street will distribute in North America.

True-ish
Sandra Huller and Colman Domingo lead the story of a well-intentioned but deeply insecure Manhattan PR executive with a specialty for smear campaigns, who relocates to the Balkans for a job that involves generating fake news to target political regimes on the fringes of the EU. Kristina Ceyton and Samantha Jennings of Australia’s The Babadook and Talk To Me producers Causeway Films produce the film, which is directed by Housekeeping for Beginners filmmaker Goran Stolevski. UTA Independent Film Group represents North America.

She Gets it From Me
Rachel Zegler will star as the daughter of Marisa Tomei’s ex-punk rocker mother. The comedy drama is produced by 3311 Productions in partnership with Anna Werner for Seven Elephants and Jay Reiss, who also wrote the script. CAA is handling US rights.

Photo Booth
Lily James and Raffey Cassidy will star in Spencer Harvey and Lloyd Harvey’s emotional thriller. The story follows a performance artist whose husband impregnates a young woman during a drunken one-night stand. Cathy Konrad will produce for her Tree Line Films, with James and Gala Gordon for their Parodos Productions, partnering with Sarah Shaw and Anna McLish for Carver Films. UTA Independent Film Group represents North American rights.

Hot Ted                                                                                                                                                                     Billy Magnussen, Ella Purnell and Ariana Greenblatt are set to star in serial killer teen comedy, directed by SNL alum Hannah Levy in their feature directorial debut. Set at a summer camp, a group of friends investigate the disappearance of a camp counsellor. The project is produced by HappyBad Bungalow, Mucho Mas Media, and marks Purnell’s second producing role. alongside Protagonist Pictures’ Max Bishop, James Pugh, and George Hamilton.                                                                                                                                                     International sales: Protagonist Pictures
